This Refund Policy explains how refunds work when you purchase a subscription to Emaissary (the "Service"). It governs paid plans; the trial itself is free and carries no charge to refund.
Try Before You Pay
Emaissary offers a free trial so you can evaluate the Service — see how our agents research accounts and draft outreach, and decide whether it fits your workflow — before you commit to a paid plan. We recommend using the trial fully before subscribing.
Subscription Refunds
If you're not satisfied after your first charge, you may request a refund within 14 days of that charge. This 14-day window applies to your first subscription charge only. To request a refund, email us with the email address on your account and a brief reason for the request.
Renewals & Cancellation
Subscription renewals are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation stops future renewals, and you retain access to the Service through the end of your current paid period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.
How to Request a Refund
Email hello@emaissary.com with:
- The email address on your account.
- The date of the charge.
- A brief explanation of why you're requesting a refund.
We respond to refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed by our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy, and typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first — we're glad to work with you directly to resolve it before you initiate a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in your account being suspended.
