We want Emaissary to be usable by everyone, including people who use assistive technology such as screen readers, screen magnifiers, voice control, or keyboard-only navigation.

Our Commitment

We are committed to meeting the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA across our marketing site and application. We treat accessibility as an ongoing responsibility, not a one-time fix, and we review new pages and features against these guidelines as we build them.

Current State

Both this marketing site and the Emaissary application are under active development. While we design and build with accessibility in mind, known gaps may exist as we work toward full conformance. We are actively addressing issues as we find them and as they're reported to us.

Reporting an Issue

If you encounter an accessibility barrier anywhere on this site or in the app, please tell us. Email hello@emaissary.com with:

• The page or feature where you ran into the issue.
• The assistive technology you were using (for example, a screen reader, browser, or operating system version).
• A short description of what happened and what you expected.

We respond within 5 business days and will work with you to resolve the issue or provide the information you need another way.
