Anti-Spam Statement

Last updated: July 13, 2026

Our Commitment

Emaissary ("we", "us") is operated by its founder. We built Emaissary to help you reach real prospects with relevant, well-researched outreach — not to enable spam. This statement explains how the Service is designed to keep outreach compliant, and what we do when it isn't. It supplements our Acceptable Use Policy.

How Emaissary Works

Emaissary's agents research accounts and draft outreach for you — they do not send it. Every message sits in a queue until a person reviews and approves it; there is no autonomous sending. This draft-first design means a human is always the last checkpoint before anything reaches a prospect's inbox.

Opt-Outs

When a prospect opts out or unsubscribes, you are responsible for honoring that request promptly and not contacting them again through the Service or otherwise. If we receive a report that an opt-out was ignored, we act on it — investigating the account in question and enforcing our Acceptable Use Policy up to and including suspension or termination.

No Purchased Lists

Contacting recipients from purchased, rented, or scraped lists is prohibited under our Acceptable Use Policy. Outreach through Emaissary should go to prospects you have a lawful basis to contact.

Received an unwanted email?

If you received a message sent through Emaissary that you believe is spam or otherwise improper, forward it — including the full message headers — to hello@emaissary.com. We investigate the sending account and act in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy, which may include a warning, suspension, or termination of the account responsible.
